　　环氧乙烷灭菌装置ETO Sterilizers是一次性使用无菌医疗器械生产企业的关键设备，安装操作、使用管理有其特殊要求，使用环氧乙烷做灭菌剂， 环氧乙烷是一种广谱灭菌剂，可在常温下杀灭各种微生物，包括芽孢、结核杆菌、细菌、病毒、真菌等。目前医疗器械广泛采用环氧乙烷来灭菌的。.环氧乙烷是易燃易爆的有毒气体，分子式为C2H4O，具有芳香的醚味，在4°C时候相对密度为0.884，沸点为10.8°C,其密度为1.52g/cm3，在室温条件下，很容易挥发成气体，当浓度过高时可引起爆炸。
